Fans have been eagerly awaiting any last minute news of signings, as today is the last day that the transfer window remains open.

The first piece of news however that the club released was that Villa's Henderson will be adding another two months to his loan deal. He will now be staying until after the Wolves game at the start of November.

Just after 4pm, news is coming through from the club that we have signed a new player! Left sided midfield player Alexandre Frutos from Metz has been signed on a two year deal In a free transfer from the French side.

He told the official site that he is extremely happy to be here, and he cannot wait to make his debut at Leeds!
