club announced earlier in the month that discussions were on going
after granting Kerry Mayo a testimonial. However, the latest news is
that it has now been confirmed.
This is now due to take place on Friday,
2nd September 2005 at Withdean Stadium. More news is due to be
released by the club soon. Initial rumours are that this could be
Celtic, however this is not expected due to the size of Withdean.
'Robert Lester Zamora', a member of
North Stand Chat says:
"The return of PETER WARD --- wearing the stripes and PLAYING for
the Albion.
Other VERY special guests, plus news of the opposition (who will be
a top draw) will be breaking over the next few days."
The club are expected to put tickets on sale once more information
has been released, priced at £20 Adult and £12 Child.
