The first game of the new season is to be played away, due to 'Brighton Pride 2005'. It’s the biggest and the best Lesbian Gay Bisexual and Trangender Pride Festival in the country attracting more than 100,000 people, according to website 'brightonpride.org'.

Information: Summer Pride Week Festival runs from Sunday 31st July with an opening star studded party to elect Mr and Ms Pride 2005. There are a range of events during the week leading up to the big day.

Pride in Brighton and Hove is a charitable trust serving the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) community of Brighton and Hove and the surrounding areas.

Pride organises two Festivals, one in February and one in August. Both are a week long series of community events.

The charity has a grants fund to allocate money to the local LGBT voluntary sector. The fund for 2004 was more than £37,000 (to be paid in 2005).

All the fixtures for the coming season are to be released on Thursday, 23rd June from 10am. We will have all the news, and a special download for Microsoft Outlook users to add the dates to your calendar!
