After an action packed playoff final between Preston North End and West Ham United, we can now confirm the final team line-up for next season in the Championship.

West Ham have now returned to the Premiership, while Norwich City, Southampton, Crystal Palace have moved down into the Championship. Luton Town, Hull City and Sheffield Wednesday however have won promotion from League One, and will be taking their chances next season in the Championship.
