Club Facts                                                                                [Top]

The away allocation is just 1,687, however this is one of the longer journeys we will be making. The full capacity is just larger than that of the Withdean, at 10,118. Student tickets should be available for this match to full time students under the age of 21.

Food & Drink                                                                            [Top]

The closest pub to the ground is 'The Royal Hotel' however this can get very busy, and may not let away fans in. 'The Brocklebank' however, along with the 'Rookery Wood' are more family type pubs which are ideal for fans with children. For some matches, doormen are on hand to make sure only families go in - therefore if you are wearing colours you may not be allowed in, but give it a go.

More popular pubs include 'The Brunswick' in Nantwich Road, along with an American style bar, 'The Barrel' in the same street.

As for the selection of food, there is loads available to suit everyone. Shops selling fish and chips can be found all around the stadium, with the most popular being opposite the ground. Nantwich road also offers an Italian restaurant if you are staying over, or 'Passage to India' if you prefer a curry.

And if that wasn't enough for you already, there is food available in the ground. Everything from the good old pies like Steak & Kidney and Cheese & Onion, to hot dogs, crisps and sweets. Drinks are also sold, and the prices for all of these items are not extortionate, compared to some grounds anyway!

This is a long journey so allow yourself extra time for stops or other problems with could take time to pass through such as roadwork's.

The M6 is the recommended route, exiting at junction 16 taking you onto the A500. Follow the signs to Crewe from the roundabout. You should end up in Nantwich road where you should see the ground.

Train Information                                                                     [Top]

Bus, Tram & Underground Information                                  [Top]

There are a number of services from the town centre to Gresty Road especially on match days. Look for K6, K4, K44. C8 and K43 will also serve you well...

Parking                                                                                    [Top]

There is lots of parking available of you need it, with the most popular places being the car park next to the ground costing £1.50, or the car park in St Clair Street just past the ground.

If these are full by the time you arrive, try alternatives such as the train station car park, Mill Street short stay car park.

If your still successful finding a spot, find a suitable roadside space where parking is allowed. There are plenty of these available at the Weston Industrial Estate.
