Derby, who play at Pride Park formed in 1884, making
them one of the oldest in the league. Their stadium holds up to 33,597
fans, with their highest ever at their current stadium at 33,370 when
they played Manchester United in 1999.
The Rams won the FA Cup in 1946, and were league
champions in 1972 and 1975.

There is a wide variety of pubs in the area, some
dating back to 1530. You could try 'The Dolphin' in Queen Street, or
'The Brunswick' near the train station.
There is also the usual variety of takeaways and other
restaurants serving food before matches. For example, 'The Savoy'.
Other restaurants include Chinese, Indian and Italian. And if that
just isn't good enough, the usual McDonalds, Burger Kind and KFC are
close by.

To get to Derby is very simple if you are coming from
the M1. Simply exit at junction 25 onto the A52, and follow the signs
to the stadium.
Train
Information

Derby Station on Midland Road is just a short walk from
the ground. When you come out of the station, turn right and right
along the main road following the signs to the stadium.
Regular services can be caught from Brighton to London,
and then onto Derby from St Pancras. Change between London stations
using the tube.

There are no specific parking instructions for Derby,
however you could try parking at the train station and walking up.
Otherwise there will be other various spaces around, depending on the
time you arrive!
