Club Facts
[Top]
This ground has now been virtually
rebuilt, with all four sides of the ground having new stands. The
newest one only opened last year. The capacity is now just over
26,000.
Away fans are situated in one end of the
South Stand, and are normally given an allocation up to 2,500. No
smoking is allowed in the seating area, and no standing is strictly
controlled by the stewards. A number of fans have been known to be
ejected for this - some after only six minutes for example!

The pleasant relaxing atmosphere should make for a good
day out with The Canaries...
Food & Drink
[Top]
As with most new grounds, the facilities
here are pretty good - And because Delia Smith is on the board, the
food is probably higher standard than you would find at some other
grounds. They bake their own pies, which include
steak & kidney, chicken & mushroom, but also a number of 'matchday
specials' which change from game to game.
Fans should be able to find a friendly
welcoming pub between the train station and the ground if this is your
mode of transport. The Ferry Boat has also been recommended as an away
friendly pub.

Car Directions
[Top]
To get to Norwich, shown on the map above
by the letter M, is not so hard once you leave either the A11 and A47
depending on the way you travel. Follow the inner ring road round to
the right, over the river and the ground is on your right. If you do
get lost, simply follow the signs to the train station. When you get
to the river, the ground should be on your right.
Train Information

As you probably guessed, Norwich Train
Station is the closest to the ground. This is around 10 minutes walk.
Simply turn left, and head towards Morrison's. The ground will appear
in front of you!
